During our recent stay, the breakfast was quite varied and filling, and we enjoyed the clean, cozy atmosphere of our well-sized room, though getting into the car park was a bit tricky. I'd definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here every time I have visited Lille (about six times in the last five or so years) and always found it comfortable and highly convenient.

A lovely stay in Lille 🇫🇷✨
The staff were super friendly, especially a chommie at reception who helped me out. My room had the biggest bed I've ever slept in-like, seriously comfy! The location's grand too. Just a quick tram ride to the city centre for a lekker jol.
Breakfast wasn't too flashy. Could've used some more fresh fruit and better scrambled eggs.

The hotel was very clean and the room had a lovely big comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was also very nice. We did have difficulty finding the hotel and the Best Western sign is very small. Other than that a pleasant stay and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The room was clean and comfortable
The breakfast is very poor they display fruit that has been there for weeks and has fungus on it, so don't got for b & b. if you want a kettle you have to go and get it yourself for the room and also if you want an iron go to reception to get it yourself.. the receptionist is very rude and if you are taking you are car goodluck in parking it in that tight car park..

The Art Deco lobby area boasts a charming vintage vibe that gives the hotel some character. Proximity to the Eurostar train station is a definite bonus for travelers arriving from across the channel.
Air conditioning appeared to be a persistent issue. Multiple guests reported it failing during hot weather. Parking access is quite troublesome, with a tight entrance leading to potential vehicle damage-it's not just an inconvenience, but a genuine risk for those with larger cars. Rooms are on the smaller side, frequently leaving visitors feeling a bit cramped. The breakfast offerings varied in quality, with some mornings leaving guests disappointed by limited choice or poor presentation. Poor sound insulation exposed me to the outside noise.

Handy for City Centre - but see below
Poor directions for travellers arriving at Gare Lille Europe. A simple reference to the tram service which stopped outside the hotel would have helped.

The hotel provided excellent value for the money we paid, with a lovely and clean environment. The spacious room boasted the biggest bed we've ever slept in. The location was highly convenient, being only a quick tram ride to the city center and close to local restaurants.
Tight parking entrance.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The main bonus was that the tram stopped directly outside the hotel so that it was possible to be in the centre of Lille within 5 minutes.
The room was quite small and the view was in to another building and the car park but it is within a city so to be expected.

my room was incredibly noisy with road and tram noise. It was very difficult to sleep. I also thought it would be walking distance from TGV which was not the case.
